Francis Prendergast has over twenty-two years experience as a financial manager. At Unanet Technologies, he reengineered the financial structure from a services to a product organization including working capital management, budgeting and forecasting, software capitalization and credit facilities. Mr. Prendergast manages and develops Unanet’s financial and business interests in addition to leading accounting and human resources.

Prior to Unanet Technologies, Mr. Prendergast compiled a solid record of accomplishments in managing financial operations, working capital management, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, credit facilities, and currency risk management. He has successfully directed the global treasury management operations for a professional service firm and telecommunications manufacturer. Previously with the Hay Group, Mr. Prendergast directed a business process re-engineering project to improve receivable collections, standardize billing practices and increase working capital throughout the firm’s 30 operating units.
