Patrick Mayworm

Senior Vice President, International - Gridpoint Inc.

Patrick Mayworm is currently Senior Vice President, International at GridPoint, a leading smart grid software company that enables utilities to incrementally adopt and customize smart grid solutions including energy efficiency, load management, renewable integration, storage management and electric vehicle management. In this role Mr. Mayworm is responsible for international business development.

Mr. Mayworm was most recently Strategic Financial Officer at Klune Industries, an aerospace manufacturer in Los Angeles, California, and before that Vice President of Corporate Development at Technicolor Entertainment Services in Burbank, California. Before joining Technicolor, Mr. Mayworm was Vice President of Business Ventures for Intelsat, Ltd., a global satellite services company, where he led the mergers and acquisitions team in over $1B in transactions over three years. Before Intelsat, Mr. Mayworm was Director of International Corporate Development at WorldCom following the merger with MCI, where he held various senior management positions in business development, product marketing, international marketing, and corporate finance.

Mr. Mayworm is on the Boards of several non-profit and for-profit organizations. He has engineering degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the University of California at Berkeley, and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
