Case Study: Adayana Government Group

May 2009: Adayana Government Group provides learning solutions and strategic management consulting to the federal government, including the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security and Civilian Agencies.

Adayana found a need for greater visibility in order to effectively manage matrixed and full-time, onsite staff on a combination of short and long term tasks. They also needed efficient project execution in compliance with government regulations.

Unanet Project Portfolio was implemented in order to manage these multi-skilled resources efficiently across many hundreds of projects while maintaining compliance with DCAA timekeeping and Federal Joint Travel Regulations.

At Unanet’s Second Annual Customer Meeting, Andrew Eastman, Vice President of Operations for Adayana, explained their Unanet implementation process, from Time Accounting to Project Costing, all the while maintaining DCAA and JTR compliance.
