Solution Provider Partners

For those certified partners wanting to market, sell and provide professional services for the software, Unanet offers a solution provider model. This model is similar to a traditional value-added reseller partner program in that partners receive margin on their Unanet sales. Solution Provider Partners lead all elements of the Unanet engagements with support from Unanet for areas they are not yet certified to implement. This team-based approach allows SPPs to estimate work, sell the product, receive margin for the sale and full services work they provide, all while shadowing, learning new aspects of the product and gaining additional certifications over time.

Solution Provider Partners should be staffed with business development resources and have in their business plan the support to build a Unanet practice. They may sell and implement other types of software as well and often sell and service complimentary software such as accounting, ERP, payroll or other similar back-office services. Many SPPs are outsourced accounting firms that provide ongoing Unanet administration and support while also selling and implementing the software for new clients.
