WBB reached out to Unanet due to their need for increased visibility on their large number of projects and a system which could integrate with their current accounting system.
Prior to Unanet, WBB’s accounting functions provided limited data analysis capability for project managers and allowed for few controls on who can charge to which projects.
Unanet Project Portfolio was implemented and integrated with WBB’s accounting system. This resulted in improved real-time visibility into work performed and scheduled. Project managers also benefited from increased productivity and improved decision making.
In his presentation at Unanet’s Second Annual Customer Meeting, Mike Douglass, Vice President of Program Management for WBB, described Unanet as a “one stop shop for Program Managers,” and also remarked on Unanet’s reporting and analytic functionality.
