This course offers an introduction to the tenets of Earned Value, as well as hands on instruction in how to use Unanet to track Earned Value. Anton Mitchell, President of HotFoot Technology and Management Solutions, will join the Unanet instructor in a full day course at the Unanet Headquarters. Small class size and hands on experience at individual workstations equipped with Unanet software will enable participants to create earned value processes in a meaningful way.
