  • Titan was on an Acquisitions spree.
    • Being primarily a services company, labor recording and processing was a key priority.

Evaluation
  • Gave former vendor 6 months to fix problems.
    • Process time to import data was not acceptable.
    • End user performance was sub-par.
  • Spent time evaluating other suppliers of electronic timekeeping.
    • JAMIS e-Time, e-Time, etc.
  • With the acquisition of BTG Industries, we had the opportunity to see the Unanet products in production.
  • Results:
    • Chose Unanet and retired former solution.
  • Why Unanet:
    • Product was proven and was successfully implemented at BTG.
    • Bench tested for scalability to 10,000 users.
    • Database triggers automated import process and made updates seamless and transparent to the users.
    • Also incorporated expense reporting, project reporting and resource planning.
