Unanet Announces Technology Licensing Agreement with Portera

June 2, 2000 - Unanet Technologies, a market maker and leader of e-business products to manage e-work, announced today that it has entered into a technology license agreement with Portera, a leader in web-hosted application and e-business services for professional service organizations. Portera’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) application service, ServicePort, will incorporate web-based time and expense reporting components provided by Unanet.

Portera is the only company to provide a 100% web-hosted, subscription-based PSA solution with integrated Oracle Financials, HR and Procurement accessible through a standard web browser. In addition to application services, Portera's subscription offering also integrates back-office outsourcing services - including accounting, training, staffing and document production. Unanet software fits the vision and offerings provided by Portera.
