Mike Riemer Joins Unanet Board

Former Nextel Vice-President Contributes Business Development and Wireless Expertise to Unanet's Business Strategy

Fairfax, Va., June 15, 2000 – Unanet Technologies today announced that Michael Riemer has been appointed to Unanet Technologies’ Board of Directors. Mr. Riemer, currently on sabbatical from Nextel Communications, Inc, has been involved in the mobile computing, enterprise software and telecommunications industries for over 14 years in a variety of B2B Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Alliance and Product Development roles.

Mr. Riemer has been with Nextel for over 6 years, leading Nextel's Product and Wireless Application Management and Development activities including voice, wireless internet/data, messaging, Internet/Web and handset development. Currently Mr. Riemer is providing consultancy services to a variety of start-ups, multinational corporations and venture capitalists regarding opportunities in the wireless Internet arena.
