Unanet Customers Convene at First Annual Worldwide Meeting

Two-day event brings together more than fifty organizations to share best practices and future developments for Project Services Organizations.

Sterling, VA, June 23, 2008 – Unanet Technologies, a developer of services automation software that helps organizations manage people and projects for improved profitability, recently completed its first Annual Worldwide Customer Meeting in Reston, Virginia from June 11-12, 2008. The holding of the first Unanet annual meeting follows on from Unanet’s recently announced signing of its five hundredth customer.

Unanet clients attended the event to receive product training, briefings on product strategy and also to hear existing organizations who have deployed Unanet software describe their experiences in implementing Unanet and the benefits they have derived.

Kicking off the conference, Fran Craig, Unanet President and founder summarized Unanet’s history and recent achievements. The conference included briefings from Unanet on new innovations and product enhancements. Unanet senior management and members of its professional services team also provided insights and product demonstrations on topics such as Earned Value, Project Portfolio Management, Resource and Project Management, System Administration, Direct and Indirect Project Costing, and Management of Accruals.

More than fifty organizations attended the event to participate in technical presentations and workshops, meet with Unanet business partners and staff, and network with their peers in other project-based organizations.
