Certified Services Partners
For partners looking to implement and support software for their customers, Unanet’s Certified Services Partner model may be the appropriate fit. Through on-site training, partners learn how to implement Unanet Project Tracking and are certified upon completion of an interview process. Being a CSP requires investment and commitment. As a result of successfully completing Unanet Certification, CSPs can lead Unanet implementations for their customers and are eligible to participate in the SPP partner program.
Unanet provides extensive training and resources to support our CSPs. They maintain certification with new software releases, have access to ongoing training and support, and have full access to our Unanet Partner Portal - which includes helpful resources from configuration guides to meeting agendas to time-tested best practices from our own professional services and support team members.
Certified Services Partners are typically also referral partners and receive a referral fee for the prospective customers they refer. CSPs are traditionally companies with consulting, accounting and project management resources. They are interested in consulting engagements and supporting their customers with ongoing consulting, business process support and potentially outsourced CFO, accounting or other services.
Benefits to CSPs include referral fees or discounts to end customers for the customers they refer to Unanet (if also a referral partner) as well as consulting services fees for customer engagements. If interested, CSPs are eligible for training to become a Solution Provider Partner (SPP), which sells Unanet and provides professional services to support Unanet engagements.
