Privilege Needed: Administrator, Timesheet User or Expense User
Person can assign different roles for any person.
The person can assign any role they have (except 'Administrator' role) to their alternate, by selecting the appropriate role for them. Once a person is assigned to be an alternate for another person, he/she will have all the authorizations of that person. For example, if ADO is a Manager, Greg Barrett will have Manager access.
Displayed below how the alternates page should look.
Since a company can have thousands of employees, the person can filter the
"Available Approvers" by entering the person's "Last Name"
or the "Cost Center" and then clicking on the filter (
).
- Saves the current data on the form.
- Resets the value to it's default view.
