If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.
The header, 'Active Expenses for:,' describe what kind of
expenses this is, for this case, it's active expense. It displays all the people that the
current user can edit/view active expenses. Click on the (
) icon to display all of the
person's active expenses. A list of all the person's active expenses will display. Note: It will be similiar to displaying your own list of active
expenses. Click here to view your own list of active
expenses.
Note: Tthe word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
