If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.
The header, 'Completed Expenses for:,' describe what kind
of expenses this is, for this case, it's completed expense. It displays all the people
that the current user can view completed expenses. Click on the (
) icon to display all of the
person's completed expenses. A list of all the person's completed expenses will display. Note: It will be similiar to displaying your own list of completed
expenses. Click here to view your own list of
completed expenses.
Note: Tthe word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
