If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.

The header, 'Add Request Expenses for:,' describe what
kind of expenses this is, for this case, it's add request expenses. It displays all the
people that the current user can add request expenses. Click on the (
) icon to add request
expenses for the person's. Note: It will be similiar to
adding your own request expenses. Click here to view
your own add request expenses.
Note: Tthe word 'Delegated Request...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
If only one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, by default, it will bring up the add request expenses that they are delegated for. It will be similiar to adding your own request expenses. Click here to view your own add request expenses.
