If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.
The header, 'Completed Request Expenses for:,' describe
what kind of expenses this is, for this case, it's completed request expenses. It displays
all the people that the current user can view completed request expenses. Click on the (
) icon to display all of the
person's completed request expenses. A list of all the person's completed request expenses
will display. Note: It will be similiar to displaying your
own list of completed request expenses. Click here to
view your own list of completed request expenses.
Note: The word 'Delegated Request...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
If only one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, by default, it will list all the completed request expenses that they are delegated for. It will be similiar to displaying your own list of completed request expenses. Click here to view your own list of completed request expenses.
Note: The word 'Delegated Request...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
