If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Timesheet User OR Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.
The header, 'Projects Search for:,' describe what kind of
list this is, in this case, it's projects search. It displays all the people that the
current user can search projects for. Click on the (
) icon to enter the project search criteria for that
person. Note: It will be similiar to searching your own
projects. Click here to view your projects search.
Note: The word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
If only one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Timesheet User OR Alternate Expense User, by default, it will bring up the person's projects search page they are delegated for. It will be similiar to searching your own projects. Click here to view your projects search.
