Privledge Needed: Manager User or An Alternate Approver
When a manager clicks on the List Groups menu item, a list of all the Approval Groups that manager is a member of is displayed as shown below. First is the Approval Group name. Next, the Approver/Alternate List is all the managers that approve time in that group and their alternate(s) and in what order the timesheets and/or expense reports will be approved. This order goes from top to bottom. So in the example shown below, when a user in the ADD Team submits their time, it first goes to Gary Cazenas. Then, if approved, it goes to George James. The last two columns, called Submitters, are all the people that are a submitting their time and expense to each Approval Group.
