Manager Timesheet Status

Privilege Needed: Manager User or An Alternate Approver

A manager can search for the timesheet status for everyone who belongs to their approval group(s) before Approve Time. 

New Feature: this report can also show Pending Project Manager and Customer Approvals when the status of the Timesheet is Submitted or Approving. 

Note: when time applies to a Project that does not require Project Manager or Customer approval, there would be no PM or Customer Pending Approvals. 

Below is a screen that shows criteria manager can select when they search:

• Note: If your administrator have setup for the reports to display company logo, then the report will look a little different with an extra field appended to the form. Click here for an example.  If your administrator have setup for the reports to be able to display different company logos, then the report will look a little different with 2 extra fields appended to the form. Click here for an example.

Approval Group: Displays all approval groups that the manager are assigned. (You can select one or more approval groups.)

Time Period: Displays all time periods for all timesheets. (You can select one or more time periods.)

Enter Date: The date within the Timesheet period you want to search.
