Privilege Needed: Project Manager User
The Project Manager has the ability to add a new project. Displayed below is an example of the Add Project.

Project Code - Identifer for this Project in UnaTime.
Organization - The Organization that this project belongs to. These are defined in the Organization Section.
Account Number - The account the the project will be charged to.
Project Title - The title of the project.
Purpose - The reason(s) to create this project.
Project Manager - The person in charge of this project.
Project Type - Describe what type of project this is. These are defined in the Project Types Section.
Project Status - Describe the status of the project. These are defined in the Project Status Section.
Restrict Access - Grant to all other project manager the rights to view only, edit, no access (but project will still be able to displayed in the List Page under Project Manager - Projects - List), or no access at all (where the project will not be displayed in the List Page). (Default value: 'Open. All Project Managers can Edit this project')
User "Self Sign-Up" - Grant whether any user can apply time to this project or only the user who are assigned to this project can apply the time. (Default value: 'Yes, All people can apply time and expense to this project.')
Time:
Allow Future Charges - Let user be able to charge to in advance or not. (Default value: 'Yes. Time can be charged to this project ahead of schedule')
Project Approval - If this project needs the time approval of a project manager or not. (Default value: 'No. Does not require project manager approval.')
Charges To Tasks - When the user assign a project to the timesheet, a task must be selected. Note: The first task will be selected by default.
Expense:
Assign Expenses - Grant whether people can assign expenses to this project. (Default value: 'Yes. People can assign expenses to this Project')
Project Approval - If this project needs the expense approval of a project manager or not. (Default value: 'No. Does not require project manager approval.')
Charges To Tasks - When the user assign a project to the expense, a task must be selected. Note: The first task will be selected by default.
- Saves the current data entered (including defaults values).
