Privilege Needed: Project Manager User
In order to view or edit a particular project, the current user (usually a project manager) must be the project manager of that Project or is an Alternate for that Project Manager. If the current user does not have those privileges, then they can only view the Organization, Project, Project Title, and the Project Manager of a particular project. An example is shown below when the a Project Manager click on 'List.'

If the current user clicks on
, that user can only
view that particular project. An example is shown below.

However, if the current user clicks on
, that user can edit that particular project. An example is shown below.

Project Code - Identifer for this Project in UnaTime.
Organization - The Organization that this project belongs to. These are defined in the Organization Section.
Account Number - The account the the project will be charged to.
Project Title - The title of the project.
Purpose - The reason(s) to create this project.
Project Manager - The person in charge of this project.
Project Type - Describe what type of project this is. These are defined in the Project Types Section.
Project Status - Describe the status of the project. These are defined in the Project Status Section.
Restrict Access - Grant to all other project manager the rights to view only, edit, no access (but project will still be able to displayed in the List Page under Project Manager - Projects - List), or no access at all (where the project will not be displayed in the List Page).
User "Self Sign-Up" - Grant whether any user can apply time to this project or only the user who are assigned to this project can apply the time.
People assigned to Project - Lists all the people [their Person Code]
assigned to this project (Note: they can be added by clicking on
button).
Organization(s) assigned to Project - Lists all the Organization(s)
[the Organization Code] assigned to this project (Note: they can be added by clicking on
button).
Time:
Allow Future Charges
- Let user be able to charge to in advance or not.Project Approval
- If this project needs the time approval of a project manager or not.Charges To Tasks - Forces the timesheet user to enter a task for this project.
Expense:
Assign Expenses - Grant whether people can assign expenses to this project.
Project Approval
- If this project needs the expense approval of a project manager or not.Charges To Tasks - Forces the expense user to enter a task for this project.
- Saves the current data on the form.
- Display further details of this project such as start, end
dates, etc. of this project. Click here to
view the Detail Screen.
- Display
all the people who are assigned to this project (also let current user add or remove
people). Click here to view the People
Screen.
- Display
all the selected Organizations for this project (also lets user add and remove
Organizations). Click here to view the
Organization Screen.
- Display
all the selected Customers that need time/expense approval. Click here to view the
Customer Screen.
- Displays
the rates for all the people assigned to this project (also let user edit and set default
rates). Click here to view the Rates Screen.
- Display
all the tasks in this project (also gives the current user access to add, edit, and delete
project). Click here to view the Tasks Screen.
- Associated
Contacts with Contact Types. Click here to view the screen.
- List all
Project Notes. The Project Managers have the ability to Add Project Notes, List
Project Notes (Edit and Delete Project Notes), or Search
Project Notes.
- Import a MS-Project into Unanet using MPX format. Click here to view the
Import Screen and Unanet mapping to MPX.

Will open the downloaded file and load up appropriate application to open it.
Else, it will bring up a download screen where you can save it to your local

Unanet.
- Resets the value to it's default view.
