).Privilege Needed: Project Manager User
Give the capability to Project Manager to select certain people for a particular
project. Since a company can have thousands of employees, the Project Manager can filter
the "Available People" by entering the person's "Last Name"
or the "Cost Center" and then clicking on the filter ().
Displayed below how the assigned people page should look.

- Resets the value to it's default view.
- Goes back main editing
