Privilege Needed: Project Manager
Give the capability to Project Manager add, delete, move, and save tasks.
Displayed below how the tasks page should look.

- Edit the select
task. In the above example, task "xyz" will be editable.
- Delete
the selected task. In the above example, task "xyz" will be deleted.
- Lets the current user add detail information (e.g. Account Code, Budgeted Hours, Hours
Used To Date, Projected Total Hours, Expense Budgeted Dollars, Expense Dollars Used To
Date, Projected Total Expense Dollars, Labor Budgeted Dollars, Labor Dollars Used To Date,
and Projected Total Labor Dollars). Click here to

- Saves information of the new task being inserted (e.g. Name,
Original start and end dates, Revised start and end dates, Output, Status, Completed,
Active).
- Copies tasks from another project that the Project Manager
have rights to view. Click here to view an example.
- Insert a
task after the selected task (where the radio button is selected). (Note: In the above example, the new inserted task will be numbered
as 10.3)
- Insert a
task before the selected task (where the radio button is selected). (Note: In the above example, the selected task will be numbered
as 10.3 and the new inserted task will be numbered as 10.2)
- Move the selected task
(where the radio button is selected) up one row. (Note:
In the above example, the task name "xyz" will go before "Maintain
LapTop" and it will be numbered as 10.1)
- Move the selected task
(where the radio button is selected) down one row. (Note:
In the above example, the task name "xyz" will not do anything since it is the
last one as 10.x)
- Adjusting the numbering sequence. (Note:
In the above example, the task name "xyz" [numbered as 10.2] will be numbered as
11 and task "abc" [originally numbered as 11] will be numbered as 12)
- Adjusting the numbering
sequence. (Note: In the above example, the task name
"xyz" [numbered as 10.2] will be numbered as 10.1.1)

Delete all the tasks.

Select the Project that you want. Click on the
. All
the tasks from that project will be appended to your current project.
