Privileges Needed: Timesheet User or Expense User
The projects that are used for each user on a timesheet and/or expense report must be defined in the "My Projects" section first. All available projects are listed in the scrolling window to the left. The window on the right displays all the projects a user wants to apply time for or expenses against. Projects are added and removed from each window by highlighting that project and pressing the arrow icons.
If you are using Una$ense, and have a project that is being displayed in your project window as shown below, but when you go into Una$ense to enter your expenses, that project is not showing up in your list; it is because when that project was created, it was setup not to allow expenses to that project. See the project manager, and have the attribute changed, and then it will be displayed in Una$ense.
