Changing My Own Password

Privilege Needed: Timesheet User or Expense User

The Password screen allows the user to change their Unanet system password. The user is required to enter their current Unanet password, then enter new password and confirm new password. 

If the Company has IVR licenses, the user can also change their IVR password through this screen.

• If the user wants to  change Unanet password, enter new password and confirm the new password on Change Unanet password section.
• If the user wants to change IVR password, enter new password and confirm the new password on Change IVR password section.

The password is then sent though a Message Digest Algorithm and stored in the database as a 32-byte string.  If a user has forgotten his/her password, then it must be reset by an Administrator.  Once the password has been reset, the user can change it here.
