Privilege Needed: Timesheet User or Expense User
The Project Search option under the User Menu is used for a timesheet user or expense user to easily see information about all the projects in the system. Below shows the search criteria a user can use to narrow down the search.

Once the users presses the Search button in the above image, the listing of projects that meet the search criteria appear as below. This is just a listing and no records can be edited or deleted by someone who is not a project manager.

There will be 5 different types of icons:
- Adds the
project to the My (the current user) Project List.

Removes the project from the My (the current user) Project List.
- Add a new Project Note. Click here for more information.
- Search for Project Notes in that Project. Click here for more information.
- List all the Project Notes. Click here for more information.
There is a Pop-up Screen display of Organization View when you click on any rows under Organization field.
