Login / Logout Screen
Login: enter username, password, press login button.
Below is the login screen. You can always Login or Logout by pressing on the
Unanet logo at the top of the screen
.
The menu on the left expands and collapses by clicking on each menu item. As you can see,
before you login, the only menu option is "Help".
Note: You can create your own company image to place on this screen instead of the Unanet Logo. You can also define a target URL if the image is clicked on by a user. See setting up Unanet Property Files for examples on how to do this.
Note: If this is your first installation of Unanet, and you have no one in your database, you can login as UNANET / UNANET. This login is case-sensitive. This login creates a temporary Person with Admin rights only. It gives you just enough privileges to create yourself as a user. Once the system has an Administrator defined in the database, the UNANET / UNANET login is disabled automatically.

Note: The menu options are dynamically created differently for each person in the system. The differences are what applications you have installed (UnaTime or Una$ense) and exactly what privileges you are assigned in the Unanet System. Once logged in, you will see only the menu options you have privilege to access. For this reason, your actual menu may be different from the one shown here in the documentation.
Once you login successfully, you will see a Welcome screen similar to the one shown below. You're menu items will be different according to your Unanet Role. You can always return to this screen by pressing on the Unanet Logo at the top of the screen. To logout, press the Logout button.
