When navigating throughout the Unanet screens, you will see common sets of functional menus, logos, buttons and icons. Throughout the Unanet screens, consistency in visual displays provides an environment that is easy to read, understand, and learn.
Tips: Instead of using the mouse for scrolling up and down pages, for most platforms it is possible to use the "Page Up", "Page Down", "Home", "End" and arrow keys on the keyboard. Also, in list boxes, one can enter a letter and the first value starting with that letter will be highlighted.

| A manager can define alternate people that can approve their time or expense reports if they are not available. This can be setup by an Administrator from the Person Page, or a manager can define their own alternates from their Profile Page. | |
| Pressed if a Manager is approving a timesheet or expense report. | |
| Pressed if a Manger is not approving a timesheet or expense report. | |
| A user can pull back a submitted timesheet or expense report by pressing this button. That timesheet or expense report will have to go through the approval process again. | |
