Assign Default Project and Task

Privilege Needed: Administrator

Location: Administrator - People - List - <choose the person that you'd like to assign an alternate to by clicking (Edit ADMIN)>  - More Functions - Assign Project.

The Default Project and Default Task information are used to further simplify the  Administrator - Time Populate process.  While using this process, the Administrator can choose to populate the timesheet using the person's pre-selected or default project and task.

pm_projects_list_edit_save.jpg (1177 bytes) Saves the current data on the form.
pm_projects_list_edit_reset.jpg (1116 bytes)  Resets the value to it's default view.
pm_projects_list_edit_details_backBut.jpg (1362 bytes) Goes back to the main editing page for this project.

Project - this is the list of Projects that are currently assigned to the user.  This list is derived from the projects that appear in the user's project (right) field on My Projects page.

Task - this is the list of currently active (non-closed) tasks for the project selected from the Project field.
