Location: Administrator - Data Types - Currency - Add.
Administrators can setup the different types of Currency used by your company by entering them into a form similar to the one below.

To view the format for each Locale. A separate window will appear showing an example of the currency you have selected in the drop down list. An example is shown at the bottom of this page. When selecting the Locale, the first option is the primary language and next is the country that uses that language. |
| Saves the data in the current form. | |
| Clears the data in the current form. |
Currency - is the currency code.
Description - is the description of the currency code.
Locale - is used by the Unanet Program to display the Currency in its proper format. When selecting the Locale, the first option is the primary language and next is the country that uses that language.
Note: When setting up the currency codes your company uses, it is important that you specify which of these currencies is your company standard. That is the currency that all expenses will be converted to. The currency code you create must match exactly what is in the unanet.properties file setting. The default is USD. To change this, see property files documentation and look under unanet.properties - Una$ense Section.
