Delegate Expense Active

Privileges needed: Delegate

Location: Delegate - Expense - Active.

If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.

To view expense reports for the person you clicked on.

The header, 'Active Expenses for:,' describe what kind of expense this is. In this case it listing all of the active expenses for Rina and Steve.

Note: It will be similar to adding your own expenses. Click here to view your own add expenses.

Note: The word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
