Delegate Expense History

Privilege needed: Delegate

Location: Delegate - Expense - History

If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.

The header, 'Completed Expenses for:,' describe what kind of expenses this is, for this case, it's completed expense. It displays all the people that the current user can view completed expenses. Click on the () icon to display all of the person's completed expenses. A list of all the person's completed expenses will display.

Note: It will be similar to displaying your own list of completed expenses. Click here to view your own list of completed expenses.

Note: The word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.

If only one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, by default, it will list all the completed expenses that they are delegated for. It will be similar to displaying your own list of completed expenses. Click here to view your own list of completed expenses.
