Delegate Expense Request Active

Location: Delegate - Expense - Request - Active

If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.

The header, 'Active Request Expenses for:,' describe what kind of expenses this is, for this case, it's active request expense. It displays all the people that the current user can edit/view active request expenses. Click on the () icon to display all of the person's active request expenses. A list of all the person's active request expenses will display.

Note: It will be similar to displaying your own list of active request expenses. Click here to view your own list of active request expenses.

Note: The word 'Delegated Request...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.

If only one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, by default, it will list all the active request expenses that they are delegated for. It will be similar to displaying your own list of active request expenses. Click here to view your own list of active request expenses.
