Delegate Expense Request History

Privilege needed: Delegate

Location: Delegate - Expense - Request - History

If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.

To display all of the person's completed request expenses.

The header, 'Completed Request Expenses for:,' describes what kind of expense this is. The current one is a completed request expense. It displays all the people that the current user can view of completed request expenses for others.

Note: It will be similar to displaying your own list of completed request expenses. Click here to view your own list of completed request expenses.

Note: The word 'Delegated Request...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.

If only one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Expense User, by default, it will list all the completed request expenses that they are delegated for. It will be similar to displaying your own list of completed request expenses. Click here to view your own list of completed request expenses.

Note: The word 'Delegated Request...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
