Delegate My Projects

Privilege needed: Delegate

Location: Delegate - Projects - My Projects.

If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Timesheet User OR Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.

To edit/view projects for that person.

The header, 'Projects Assigned for:,' describes what kind of list this is. This list shows all the projects you are a delegate for. It displays all the people that the current user can edit/view projects assigned for.

Note: It will be similar to editing or viewing your own my projects. Click here to view your own my projects.

Note: The word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.

If only one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Timesheet User OR Alternate Expense User, by default, it will bring up the person's projects assigned they are delegated for. It will be similar to editing or viewing your own my projects. Click here to view your own my projects.

Note: The word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
