Delegate Projects Search

Privilege needed: Delegate

Location: Delegate - Projects - Search.

If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Timesheet User OR Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.

To enter the project search criteria for that person.

The header, 'Projects Search for:,' describes what kind of list this is. It displays all the people that the current user can search projects for.

Note: It will be similar to searching your own projects. Click here to view your projects search.

Note: The word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.

If only one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Timesheet User OR Alternate Expense User, by default, it will bring up the person's projects search page they are delegated for. It will be similar to searching your own projects. Click here to view your projects search.
