Delegate Time Detail Report

Privilege needed: Delegate

Location: Delegate - Time - Detail.

If more than one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Timesheet User OR Alternate Expense User, the following screen will appear.

To enter the criteria to run the report.

The header, 'Time Detail Report for:,' describe what kind of list this is. It displays all the people that the current user can run the time detail report for.

Note: It will be similar to entering your own my time detail criteria. Click here to view your my time detail report.

Note: The word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.

If only one person in the system assigned the current user as Alternate Timesheet User OR Alternate Expense User, by default, it will bring up the time detail search criteria they are delegated for. It will be similar to entering your own my time detail criteria. Click here to view your my time detail report.

Note: The word 'Delegated...' is displayed in the background to remind the current user that they are only a delegate.
