By default, this menu item is not linked to any Support page, but rather is intended as a place holder for your organization should they choose to create a Support help page to contain customized support information for your site. This may include, for example, a link to an email account for you Support point of contact. Or, perhaps to a custom page that contains the various point of contact information for support in your organization.
