Unanet has a variety of predefined reports. Additionally, you can create and save customized data output templates using the UnaLink export features.
The list of available reports presented on your menu is dependent on which role (or roles) the current user has been assigned to. Additionally, the options available on the menu are impacted by which Unanet licenses are installed at your site.
Below is an image of an expanded Reports Menu (showing all possible reports). Click on the menu below for additional documentation for that particular report.
| Administrator |
Anyone defined in Unanet as an Administrator can access any of the menu items under Reports.
Manager
Anyone defined in Unanet as a Manager will have access to the People, Productivity, Purchase Order and Skills report menu items.
NOTE: Unanet allows the option to restrict the scope of data that Managers can access. To learn more about this functionality, check out Restricted View.
Project Manager
Anyone defined in Unanet as a Project Manager will have access to the Project, Financial, Data Types, Skills and Labor Category report menu items.
Viewer
Anyone defined in Unanet as a Viewer will have access to the Status -- Timesheet and People -- Org Time report menu items.
Timesheet Users, Expense Users and Customers
These remaining roles currently have no access to the Reports menu items.
NOTE: The above reflects the default installation configuration. Your menu structure may be different if your Unanet administrator has customized the menu properties.
In addition to viewing Unanet Reports via your web browser, you can also share your reports via email.
