Privilege Needed: Project Manager
Location: Project Manager - Plan Work - Search.
New screens are developed to support searching of the existing plan work items for users having a Unanet UnaSource user role. The following screen will allow the Project Manager to identify the people for whom they wish to view or change the existing planned work.
The resulting list of people will include all people that:
A Project Manager is required to specify a value for the Date Range field.
The resulting list of people will look as follows:
The header information for this page includes the requested date range and the total number of business hours in that date range.
The list of people includes a person’s name and a list of projects for which they were planned in the requested data range with the requested Labor Category.
By clicking the pencil icon, a Project Manager can proceed with editing the existing planned work for an individual user. The Project Manager will be presented with the following screen:
This screen and it's functionality are exactly the same as those of the Create Plan Work screen of the Add Planned Work process. Note however, that here the screen contains existing planned work only. In the Add Planned Work process, to minimize data entry a new row will be automatically generated based on the values previously provided by the Project Manager.
