After a project has been initially established, a project manager can view and manage additional details about that project. This help page provides information covering:

When a Project Manager selects an option to present a list of Projects, the view will be similar to the example below. The remaining sections of this help page will describe the behavior of each of the first four icons presented.

If the current user clicks on the
, the user can only
view details for that particular project. An example is shown below.

Note: The List screen may look a little different if user defined fields are used for the project.
If the current user clicks on the
, the user can edit that particular project. An example is shown

Once a project has been initially setup, a project manager can maintain additional details pertaining to the project. The list below details the options available under this drop down list. (The example above illustrates the --More Functions-- drop down list).

| Project Home | Access the Project Home Screen to edit the Project attributes. |
| Task Home | Access the Task Home Screen to edit the Task attributes of this Project. |

| *Assign Organizations | Access the Assign Organization Screen to maintain the Organization assignments for this project |
| *Assign People | Access the Assign People Screen to maintain the People assignments for this project. |
| Assign Pay Codes | Access the Pay Code Screen to maintain the selected Pay Codes for this project. |
| *Assignment Overrides | Access the Assignment Override Screen to maintain the assignment data for assigned people. |
| Associate Contact | Access the Associate Contacts screen to associated Contacts to this project.. |
| Customer Approver | Access the Customer Approver Screen to display all the selected Customers that need time/expense approval. |
| Project Information | Access the Project Information Screen to display further details of this project such as start, end dates, overall project budget into, etc. |
| Export MPX | Export project data for use by MS-Project (exporting w/ MPX format). |
| Import Assignments | This feature allows the Project Manager to Import Assignment information from a flat file. |
| Import MPX | Import project data from MS-Project into Unanet (importing w/ MPX format). Note this option is not available if the project already has any task data. |
| Import Tasks | This feature allows the Project Manager to Import Task information from a flat file. |
| Notes | List all Project Notes. The Project Managers have the ability to Add Project Notes, List and Edit Project Notes, or Search Project Notes. |
* Functions noted with an asterisk are not available on the project screen if your project is set to allow assignments at the task level. These functions will be available on the Task screens.
Note: The Edit screen may look a little different if user defined fields are used for the project.
If the current user clicks on the
,
that project will be deleted. You can not delete a project if time or
expenses have been charged against that project.
If the current user clicks on the
, that user can access the screens that support Managing
Task Data.
