Report Selection Criteria
The selection criteria for this report includes Project Organization, Project, Person, Project Type, Project Status, Starting Month/Year and the Number of Months. Based on the criteria selected, information displayed in the report will include the following:
The report date range will be determined as follows: the start date will be set to the 1st day of the month specified in the Starting Month/Year field. The month and year for the start date will be taken directly from that input field. The month and year for the end date will be calculated by adding the number of months specified in the selection criteria to the start date month and year. The day of the end date will be set to the last day of that month.
Additionally, the user has an option of specifying whether the probability percent defined for the Project should be used to calculate the report amounts. If the Use Project Probability Percent is checked, the report amounts will be multiplied by the value found in the Project Probability Percent field.

Report
This report will show a detail month-by-month view of the expected revenue based on the existing project planned work. The report will contain one line per project and person. The projected monthly revenue will be calculated as follows:
This report will include totals for each person, project and project organization as well as the grand total. If no billable projects of project types were specified in the selection criteria, the report will contain no data and the user will be notified that no billable data was found.
This report contains data for the RinaCo project organization starting with January 2001 and for the next 12 months. Two billable projects were found in that organization:
Project HP with project type BILLT&M
Project Planned Time Test with project type BILL
Note: Rina Alberstein does not have any entries past the month of February. This could be caused by either lack of planned work entries or by a zero Bill rate.
