User Profile

Privilege Needed: Timesheet User or Expense User

The User Profile screen allows the user to review their configuration and make adjustments to specific personal data or configuration options.  Administrators can also maintain this information (and more) via the Admin -- People maintenance screens.


This screen will change depending on the products you have installed.  For example, UnaTime will show the Time Increments, Default Pay Code, Default Project and Task, Receive Timesheet e-Mails.  Una$ense will show the default payment method, vehicle number and currency.

More Functions

Alternates - A Timesheet user or Expense user can set their own alternates. This function is not available if the only role defined for the user is Viewer.  See the Assign Alternates page for more information.

Contacts - A user can enter and maintain their own contact information (address, phone, e-mail, etc. ).  See the Contact Page for more information.

Credit Cards - Users can maintain their own Credit Card information, which can be used in conjunction with the Una$ense product. This function is not available to Customer and Viewer roles.

Skills - Users can maintain their own Skills information.  This function will be available to UnaSource users only.

PDA Settings -- Users with the PDA User role can maintain their own PDA configuration information via the PDA Settings page.
