Unanet Partners provide accounting, management consulting, systems integration, and other services to leverage the benefits of Unanet software for Unanet customers. This broad and diverse ecosystem of partners helps you maximize the value of your investment in Unanet.
Unanet Partners fall into four major categories: Business Process Outsourcing Partners (BPO), Solution Provider Partners (SPP), Certified Services Partners (CSP), and Referral Partners (RA/RP).
Business Process Outsourcing Partners (BPOs) - Partners with a CSP status, and also certified to sell Unanet. They offer outsourced services using the Unanet platform to their end customers, including accounting, project management, HR, back-end operational support, and other day-to-day outsourced services.
Solution Provider Partners (SPPs) - Partners who have been certified in the product, and have also successfully become certified to sell Unanet. They are trained to sell Unanet to prospective customers and to estimate work required to complete Unanet engagements. SPPs estimate work and lead the Unanet engagement for their customers.
Certified Services Partners (CSPs) - CSPs may refer prospective customers to Unanet as a Referral Partner. They also have successfully become certified to provide professional services to implement Unanet through an intense series of courses, shadowing, and certification interviews on Unanet license and product features. CSPs subcontract to Unanet to implement the product for their own referred customers or Unanet customers from other sources.
Referral Partners (RA/RP) - Referral Partners refer prospective customers to Unanet and when the customer selects Unanet, the Partner either receives a referral fee or a discount is passed along to the customer.
