Prior to Unanet, WBB’s accounting functions provided limited data analysis capability for project managers and allowed for few controls on who can charge to which projects.
Unanet Project Portfolio was implemented and integrated with WBB’s accounting system. This resulted in improved real-time visibility into work performed and scheduled. Project managers also benefited from increased productivity and improved decision making.
